2.2 A Behavioral Expectations
What It Is: Give directions to students in a way that provides clear and useful guidance – enough to allow any student to do as asked easily.
How to Do It:
- List directions for each activity/station in order in the Digital Agenda
- Go over it with students before beginning BLAST/activity
- Model how to do each step
- Do a quick check for understanding on the directions for each activity/station

Professional Development Committee
The Professional Development Committee will be responsible for advising Administration on the course of professional development during the school year, so teachers should bring any recommendations to members of the professional development team. The expectation is that there will be equal representation on this team from each subject-area department. Administrators will also be a part of this team. This team will meet once per month to discuss school-wide professional development issues.
